1. Prepare two 1 inch photos in a graduation gown + file
Pink stripe for GBM/ ABM (B.B.A.)
Orange stripe for EIC /BC/ TBC (B.A.)
When the system for graduation is available online, you need to upload your photo at www.reg.cmru.ac.th
2. Make sure you have passed all courses and activities.
3. Make sure you have returned all books to the main library and have paid all tuition fee.
4. Please access the system for graduation approval from 28 April -11 May 2022.
5. Your advisor will approve your graduation request online.
6. Print the document and pay the fee of 1,000 THB at the registration office. Please keep the receipt.
7. Submit all documents to your advisor no later than 12 May 2022.
8. Your graduation will be approved by the academic council and the university council.
9. You can get the official transcript, the letter certifying your degree and 1,000 THB back by July.
10. You can get the graduation certificate in the graduation ceremony or later.

Students who participated in the activities but whose activity points do not reach 60 points, please do as follows:
1. เตรียมรูปถ่าย 1 นิ้ว (ชุดครุยตามสีของสาขาวิชา) ทั้งไฟล์ดิจิตัลและรูปถ่าย
แถบสีชมพูสำหรับสาขาวิชา GBM / ABM (บริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต)
แถบสีส้มสำหรับสาขาวิชา EIC / BC / TBC (ศิลปศาสตร์บัณฑิต)
โดยสามารถทำคำร้องออนไลน์ได้ที่ www.reg.cmru.ac.th
2. ต้องสำเร็จการเรียนครบทุกรายวิชาตามที่หลักสูตรกำหนด / มีหน่วยกิจกรรมครบตามที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด
3. ไม่มีรายการยืมหนังสือและค่าธรรมเนียมคงค้างจากห้องสมุด
4. กรอกข้อมูลในระบบขอสำเร็จการศึกษาภายในวันที่ 28 เมษายน – 11 พฤษภาคม 2565 (หากกรอกช้ากว่านี้ จะถูกตัดรอบจบในรอบถัดไป)
5. แจ้งอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาอนุมัติจบในระบบ
6. พิมพ์เอกสารจากระบบและจ่ายค่าธรรมเนียมขึ้นทะเบียนบัณฑิต 1,000 บาท ที่สำนักทะเบียนและประมวลผล (เก็บใบเสร็จไว้เพื่อขอคืนค่าประกันความเสียหาย)
7. ส่งเอกสารทั้งหมดให้กับอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ภายในวันที่ 12 พฤษภาคม 2565
8. การอนุมัติจบจะอนุมัติโดยสำนักทะเบียนและประมวลผลและมหาวิทยาลัย
9. สามารถรับใบรับรองคุณวุฒิ (official certificate) และระเบียนแสดงผลการเรียน (official transcript) และรับเงินประกันคืนได้ในเดือนมิถุนายน
10. สามารถรับใบปริญญาบัตรได้จากงานงานพระราชทานปริญญาบัตรหรือติดต่อรับได้หลังจากเสร็จสิ้นงาน
