On Monday, December 29, 2025, the executives, faculty members, and staff of the International College, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University (CMRU), participated in a strategic workshop aimed at fostering understanding and promoting engagement in the “Accelerating and Scaling Up High-Competence Workforce Production” project.
The workshop focused on the implementation of Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE), a pedagogical approach designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice. The event took place at the Seeharaj Hotel in Uttaradit Province.
By participating in this initiative, CMRU International College reaffirms its commitment to enhancing educational quality through hands-on experience and industry collaboration. This effort ensures that graduates are equipped with the high-level competencies required to succeed in the modern, competitive global job market.
เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 29 ธันวาคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมา ผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และบุคลากร วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ เข้าร่วมการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจและส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมในการขับเคลื่อนโครงการเร่งรัดและขยายผลการผลิตกำลังคนสมรรถนะสูง
การประชุมในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นไปที่การพัฒนา หลักสูตรสหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education: CWIE) เพื่อยกระดับทักษะของนักศึกษาให้ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานในยุคปัจจุบัน โดยจัดขึ้น ณ โรงแรมสีหราช จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์
การเข้าร่วมงานในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาที่เน้นการเรียนรู้ผ่านประสบการณ์จริงจากการปฏิบัติงานในสถานประกอบการ เพื่อผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีสมรรถนะสูงและพร้อมเข้าสู่โลกแห่งการทำงานในระดับสากลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
