Students from the International College of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University (CMRU) achieved outstanding success at the national level, securing two top awards in both team and individual categories at the 2nd Rajabhat University Network Exchange 2026 (RUNEX 2026).
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suttinan Chuenchom, Dean of the International College, led the delegation to participate in the event held from January 15–17, 2026, at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Campus. The competition serves as a premier platform for all 38 Rajabhat Universities nationwide to enhance student competencies in English and Chinese languages.
The competition results for CMRU International College are as follows:
First Prize (Winner): Local Development Project Presentation Competition (Team)

The winners were honored with monetary prizes and medals from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (MHESI). This remarkable achievement was the result of dedicated mentorship by the coaching team: Asst. Prof. Jittikhun Niyomsiri, Ajarn Kanokwan Kadeedang, and Ajarn Panupong Intawong.

รศ.ดร.สุทธินันท์ ชื่นชม คณบดีวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ เปิดเผยว่า ทางวิทยาลัยได้นำตัวแทนนักศึกษาเข้าร่วมงาน The 2nd Rajabhat University Network Exchange 2026 (RUNEX 2026) จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 15–17 มกราคม 2569 ณ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา วิทยาเขตนครปฐม โดยเวทีนี้เป็นความร่วมมือของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 38 แห่งทั่วประเทศ เพื่อยกระดับทักษะภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาจีน เสริมสร้างศักยภาพกำลังคนไทยให้พร้อมแข่งขันในเวทีโลก
ในการแข่งขันครั้งนี้ นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ สามารถทำผลงานได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยม โดยคว้ารางวัลชนะเลิศมาครองได้ถึง 2 รายการ ดังนี้:

โดยนักศึกษาได้รับมอบเงินรางวัลและเหรียญรางวัลเกียรติยศจาก กระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) ซึ่งความสำเร็จในครั้งนี้ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ที่ให้โอกาศนักศึกษาได้เข้าร่วมเพื่อแสดงความสามารถ และการเตรียมความพร้อมอย่างเข้มข้นจากทีมผู้ฝึกสอน โดย ผศ.จิตติคุณ นิยมสิริ, อาจารย์กนกวรรณ กะดีแดง และอาจารย์ภาณุพงษ์ อินต๊ะวงค์
