From January 12 to 15, 2026, the International College of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University (IC CMRU) hosted a vibrant cultural exchange program featuring participants from Northampton Community College (NCC), USA.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by the executives and faculty members of the International College. The four-day “NCC x IC” program was designed to foster cross-cultural understanding through immersive activities. Highlights included a guided tour of the CMRU Art Gallery, where guests explored local visual arts, and hands-on workshops on traditional Lanna crafts such as “Tung” (ceremonial flags) and “Krathong” making.
Furthermore, the visitors had the opportunity to experience the elegance of Northern Thai performing arts through a traditional dance (Forn) session. This collaboration underscores the commitment of both institutions to global education and cultural diplomacy, providing a valuable platform for students and educators to build lasting international friendships and academic ties.
เมื่อวันที่ 12 – 15 มกราคม 2569 ที่ผ่านมา วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ (IC CMRU) เปิดบ้านต้อนรับคณะจาก Northampton Community College (NCC) ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ในกิจกรรมความร่วมมือพิเศษเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมและสร้างเครือข่ายความสัมพันธ์ระดับนานาชาติ
ในโอกาสนี้ คณะผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์จากวิทยาลัยนานาชาติได้ให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น โดยกิจกรรมตลอดทั้ง 4 วันเต็มไปด้วยการเรียนรู้ศิลปวัฒนธรรมล้านนาที่หลากหลาย อาทิ การเข้าเยี่ยมชมหอศิลป์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่เพื่อชมผลงานทัศนศิลป์อันทรงคุณค่า การฝึกทักษะนาฏศิลป์ไทยผ่านการฟ้อน รวมถึงการลงมือทำหัตถกรรมพื้นบ้านอย่างการทำ “ตุง” และการประดิษฐ์ “กระทง”
กิจกรรม “NCC x IC” ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นการเผยแพร่เอกลักษณ์ไทยสู่สายตานานาชาติ แต่ยังเป็นเวทีสำคัญให้นักศึกษาและบุคลากรจากทั้งสองสถาบันได้แลกเปลี่ยนทัศนคติและสร้างความเข้าใจอันดีระหว่างวัฒนธรรม ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่ความร่วมมือทางวิชาการที่เข้มแข็งในอนาคต
