Students enrolled in the English for Hotel Business, English for International Communication, International College, participated in an educational field visit at Meliá Chiang Mai to gain practical learning experiences in a real hospitality setting.
This study visit provided students with valuable opportunities to learn directly from industry professionals and experienced practitioners. It effectively bridges classroom knowledge with real-world practice while enhancing essential workplace skills for their future careers.
During the visit, students attended training sessions covering key hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Guest Relations. They also learned about professional table setting and dining etiquette.
In addition, students were guided through operational areas of the hotel, allowing them to observe actual workflows and international service standards in practice.

การศึกษาดูงานในครั้งนี้เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้มีประสบการณ์ตรงในอุตสาหกรรมโรงแรม อันเป็นการเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ในห้องเรียนสู่การปฏิบัติจริง และส่งเสริมทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานในอนาคต
นักศึกษาได้รับการอบรมในหัวข้อสำคัญจากหลากหลายแผนก ได้แก่ แผนกต้อนรับ (Front Office) แผนกแม่บ้าน (Housekeeping) แผนกอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม (Food and Beverages) และแผนประสบการณ์ลูกค้า (Guest Experiences) รวมถึงการจัดโต๊ะอาหารและมารยาทบนโต๊ะอาหารอย่างมืออาชีพ
นอกจากนี้ นักศึกษายังได้เยี่ยมชมพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานจริงของโรงแรม เพื่อเรียนรู้กระบวนการทำงานและมาตรฐานการให้บริการในระดับสากลอย่างใกล้ชิด
