On November 19, 2024, students from the International College participated in a flight catering practical session at the Learning Center for Excellence in Aviation. The activity aimed to provide students with hands-on experience in the preparation of in-flight meals, from menu planning and cost calculation to teamwork and presentation.
This simulated real-world airline scenario allowed students to practice essential skills for the aviation industry, such as time management, problem-solving, and working under pressure. These skills are invaluable in developing the competencies required for a career in aviation.
เมื่อวันที่ 19 พฤศจิกายน 2567 นักศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมปฏิบัติการจัดเตรียมอาหารสำหรับเที่ยวบิน ณ Learning Center for Excellence in Aviation โดยกิจกรรมนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้ขั้นตอนการจัดเตรียมอาหารบนเครื่องบินอย่างใกล้ชิด ตั้งแต่การวางแผนเมนู การคำนวณต้นทุน ไปจนถึงการทำงานเป็นทีม และการนำเสนอผลงาน
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวถือเป็นการจำลองสถานการณ์จริงในสายการบิน ทำให้นักศึกษาได้ฝึกฝนทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับการทำงานในสายอาชีพนี้ อาทิ การบริหารจัดการเวลา การแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และการทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งต่อการพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับการทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมการบิน
