นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ ในรายวิชา การจัดการธุรกิจโรงแรมระดับนานาชาติ ได้เข้าศึกษาดูงาน ณ โรงแรมโฟร์ซีซั่นส์ รีสอร์ท เชียงใหม่ เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะและองค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจโรงแรม โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณ Anthony Tsuchdin ผู้จัดการรีสอร์ต ให้การต้อนรับและบรรยายให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการโรงแรมในเครือ Minor International
นอกจากนี้ นักศึกษายังได้รับโอกาสในการเรียนรู้จากผู้จัดการแผนกต่างๆ ได้แก่ แผนกต้อนรับ (Front Office), อาหารและเครื่องดื่ม (Food and Beverage), แม่บ้าน (Housekeeping), สปาและสุขภาพ (Spa & Wellness), รวมถึงงานดูแลสวนและภูมิทัศน์ (Gardening and Landscape) ซึ่งได้ให้ความรู้เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการบริหารจัดการในแต่ละแผนก พร้อมทั้งเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เยี่ยมชมโรงแรมอย่างใกล้ชิด
Students enrolled in the International Hotel Business Management course at the International College participated in a field study at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai to enhance their skills and knowledge in hotel business management. They were honored to be welcomed by Mr. Anthony Tsuchdin, Resort Manager, who provided insights into hotel management under the Minor International group.
Additionally, students had the opportunity to learn from department managers in various divisions, including Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Spa & Wellness, and Gardening and Landscape. These managers offered in-depth knowledge on operational management within their respective departments and provided students with the opportunity to closely observe hotel operations.
