On August 28, 2024, the Aviation Business Management major at International College successfully hosted a practical workshop titled “Great Way to Fly,” led by renowned personality development expert, Kru P’Ann. The workshop was designed to equip first-year Aviation Management students with essential interpersonal skills for a successful career in the aviation industry.
The workshop aimed to enhance students’ personal attributes, including communication skills, posture, grooming, and etiquette. These skills are crucial for making a positive impression and fostering professional growth in the aviation sector. Kru P’Ann delivered a comprehensive training program, incorporating various techniques and interactive activities such as public speaking, personal grooming exercises, and confidence-building techniques.

เมื่อวันที่ 28 สิงหาคม 2567 ที่ผ่านมาก ภาควิชาการจัดการธุรกิจการบิน วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ ได้จัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “Great way to fly workshop” โดยมี ครูพี่แอน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ เป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้และทักษะต่างๆ แก่นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 สาขาการจัดการธุรกิจการบิน
กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะด้านบุคลิกภาพของนักศึกษาให้มีความพร้อมในการทำงานในสายอาชีพการบิน อาทิ ทักษะการสื่อสาร การวางตัว การแต่งกาย และมารยาทที่เหมาะสม ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการสร้างความประทับใจให้แก่ผู้พบเห็นและส่งผลต่อโอกาสในการเติบโตในสายงานต่อไป
ครูพี่แอน ได้นำเสนอเทคนิคและกิจกรรมที่หลากหลาย เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้ฝึกปฏิบัติจริง เช่น การฝึกพูด การทำบุคลิกภาพ และการสร้างความมั่นใจในตนเอง ซึ่งได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดีจากนักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
วิทยาลัยนานาชาติให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนานักศึกษาให้มีความพร้อมทั้งในด้านวิชาการและทักษะที่จำเป็นในการทำงาน จึงได้จัดกิจกรรมดีๆ เช่นนี้ขึ้นมา เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้มีโอกาสพัฒนาตนเองอย่างเต็มที่ และก้าวไปสู่ความสำเร็จในอนาคต
