On November 1, 2024, fourth-year students majoring in International Business Management (EIC) at the International College, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, participated in a field trip to Syn Gallery Boutique Hotel and Khum Phucome Hotel, Chiang Mai. The visit was part of their internship preparation course, offering students the opportunity to learn about the real-world operations of a hotel.
During the visit, students learned about hotel management systems, room services, food and beverage services, and the use of language and customer service skills in the hotel industry. The management and staff of both hotels warmly welcomed the students and provided informative presentations.
Syn Gallery Boutique Hotel and Khum Phucome Hotel have expressed their willingness to serve as Cooperative Workplace-Integrated Education (CWIE) sites for EIC students, enabling students to develop their skills and knowledge to meet the demands of the labor market.
This visit was highly beneficial for students as they prepare to enter the workforce. It also strengthened the relationship between the university and the hotel industry.
เมื่อวันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน 2567 นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 สาขาวิชาการจัดการธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ (EIC) วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ รายวิชาเตรียมฝึกประสบการณ์ ได้มีโอกาสเข้าศึกษาเรียนรู้การดำเนินงานจริงในโรงแรมระดับมาตรฐาน ณ Syn Gallery Boutique Hotel และ โรงแรมคุ้มภูคำ เชียงใหม่
ตลอดการเยี่ยมชม นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบการจัดการโรงแรม ห้องพัก การบริการอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม รวมถึงการใช้ภาษาและทักษะการบริการลูกค้าในธุรกิจโรงแรม โดยได้รับการต้อนรับและให้ความรู้จากผู้บริหารและพนักงานของทั้งสองโรงแรมอย่างเป็นกันเอง
ทั้งนี้ Syn Gallery Boutique Hotel และ โรงแรมคุ้มภูคำ เชียงใหม่ ได้แสดงความยินดีที่จะเป็นสถานที่ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ (CWIE) ให้แก่นักศึกษา EIC เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้พัฒนาทักษะและความรู้ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน
การเยี่ยมชมครั้งนี้ถือเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งต่อนักศึกษาในการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่โลกการทำงานจริง และเป็นการสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยกับภาคอุตสาหกรรมโรงแรม
