CMRU International College Organizes “Happy Workplace & Learning Organization” Project to Promote Staff Well-being
On March 21, 2025, the International College of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University (CMRU) organized the “Happy Workplace & Learning Organization” project to raise awareness among its staff about the importance of consuming nutritious food and avoiding food that poses a risk of disease. The project aims to ensure that both academic and support staff are healthy and to create a sustainable well-being society.
This initiative focuses on continuously enhancing well-being in all aspects, including physical, mental, social, and spiritual health. The project featured a workshop on “How to Eat Healthy to Prevent Diseases,” held at the Aviation Excellence Learning Center, 2nd Floor, 90th Anniversary Building, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University.

วันที่ 21 มีนาคม 2568 วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ (มร.ชม.) จัดโครงการ “Happy Workplace & Learning Organization” เพื่อส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการบริโภคอาหารที่มีประโยชน์และหลีกเลี่ยงอาหารเสี่ยงต่อโรค โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้บุคลากรทั้งสายวิชาการและสายสนับสนุนมีสุขภาพที่ดีและสร้างสังคมสุขภาวะที่ยั่งยืน
โครงการนี้เน้นการเสริมสร้างสุขภาวะอย่างต่อเนื่องในทุกด้าน ทั้งร่างกาย จิตใจ สังคม และจิตวิญญาณ ภายใต้กิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเรื่อง “กินอย่างไรห่างไกลโรค” ซึ่งจัดขึ้น ณ ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ความเป็นเลิศทางด้านการบิน ชั้น 2 อาคาร 90 ปี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่
