Recently, the Aviation, MICE Excellence Learning Center at the International College, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University (CMRUIC), in collaboration with the “Bin Kub Pee” team, organized the 1st Ground Operation Camp 2026 under the theme “Igniting Dreams for Ground Service Careers: More Than Just Service.” The event took place at the Aviation Excellence Learning Center on the 2nd floor of the 90th Anniversary Building, CMRU (Wiang Bua Campus).
The camp aimed to provide students and interested individuals with the opportunity to explore career pathways in ground operations through lectures and firsthand experiences shared by industry professionals. Speakers included Mr. Kittipat Chaowaprom, General Administration Officer at the Aviation Excellence Learning Center, and Mr. Ryu Pratumwiang Moriyama from the “Bin Kub Pee” team, both of whom shared valuable knowledge and industry insights.
Key highlights of the event included hands-on workshops simulating ground passenger service roles, as well as an interactive session where participants and parents exchanged experiences with professional ground handling staff from BAGS (Chiang Mai Station) to gain a deeper understanding of the aviation industry and work environment.
On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Jittikun Niyomsiri, Director of the Aviation, MICE Excellence Learning Center, CMRUIC, warmly welcomed the speakers, students, and attendees while reiterating the center’s commitment to supporting learning opportunities and inspiring future aviation professionals.
