The International College, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, successfully organized a workshop titled “Requesting Copyright Notification for Research and Academic Service Works” on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Held at the college’s meeting room, the workshop aimed to enhance understanding of intellectual property protection, specifically copyright, among the college’s faculty and staff who produce research and academic service outputs.
The workshop garnered significant interest from lecturers and researchers, as the topic is crucial for safeguarding the rights and benefits derived from creative works. Expert speakers provided both theoretical and practical insights into the process of submitting copyright notification requests, the types of works eligible for copyright registration, and important considerations regarding copyright infringement.
This workshop underscores the International College, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University’s commitment to promoting and supporting its faculty and staff in creating high-quality research and academic service works, while also recognizing the importance of intellectual property protection to maximize benefits for individuals, the institution, and society as a whole.
วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ได้จัดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง “การขอจดแจ้งข้อมูลลิขสิทธิ์จากผลงานวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ” ขึ้นเมื่อวันพุธที่ 25 มิถุนายน 2568 ที่ผ่านมา ณ ห้องประชุมของวิทยาลัยฯ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการคุ้มครองทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งลิขสิทธิ์ สำหรับคณาจารย์และบุคลากรของวิทยาลัยฯ ที่มีผลงานวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ
การอบรมครั้งนี้ได้รับความสนใจจากคณาจารย์และนักวิจัยเป็นอย่างมาก เนื่องจากเป็นหัวข้อที่มีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการปกป้องสิทธิ์และประโยชน์จากผลงานที่สร้างสรรค์ วิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิได้ให้ความรู้ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการยื่นคำขอจดแจ้งข้อมูลลิขสิทธิ์ ประเภทของผลงานที่สามารถจดแจ้งลิขสิทธิ์ได้ รวมถึงข้อควรระวังต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์
การจัดอบรมในครั้งนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นของวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ในการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้คณาจารย์และบุคลากรสร้างสรรค์ผลงานวิจัยและบริการวิชาการที่มีคุณภาพ พร้อมทั้งตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการคุ้มครองทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อตนเอง สถาบัน และสังคมโดยรวม
