วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มรภ.เชียงใหม่ จัดกิจกรรม KM และแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ภายใน
เมื่อวันที่ 26 มีนาคม 2568 วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ได้จัดกิจกรรม “การจัดการความรู้ (Knowledge Management: KM) และการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ในคณะ” ขึ้น ณ ห้องประชุมของวิทยาลัยฯ กิจกรรมนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมการแบ่งปันความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดระหว่างคณาจารย์และบุคลากรภายในวิทยาลัยฯ เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาและต่อยอดองค์ความรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
การจัดกิจกรรม KM ครั้งนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นของวิทยาลัยนานาชาติในการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน โดยเชื่อว่าการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ภายในจะนำไปสู่การยกระดับคุณภาพการเรียนการสอน การวิจัย และการบริการวิชาการของวิทยาลัยฯ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
On March 26, 2025, the International College, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University (CMRU), organized an internal “Knowledge Management (KM) and Knowledge Sharing Activity” at the college’s meeting room. The event aimed to foster the sharing of knowledge, experiences, and best practices among faculty members and staff within the college, promoting continuous development and advancement of expertise.
This KM activity reflects the International College’s commitment to cultivating an organizational culture of continuous learning and sustainable development. It is believed that internal knowledge exchange will lead to enhanced quality in teaching, research, and academic services provided by the college.
