The International College of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University (CMRUIC) organized a workshop on Quality Assurance Integration, Strategic Plan Review, Risk Management, and Co-operative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE) Curriculum Development for Fiscal Year 2026, held from July 11 to 15, 2026, in Bangkok.
The event aimed to refine the college’s strategic direction while engaging in study visits and knowledge exchanges with four leading organizations and academic institutions:
Bangkok Flight Services (BFS): Explored best practices in CWIE management (recipient of the 2026 National Outstanding Large-Scale CWIE Enterprise Award), Active Learning skill development, and cross-cultural communication.
Kasem Bundit University: Discussed CWIE academic-industry collaboration guidelines and toured state-of-the-art aviation and hotel management training facilities.
Port Authority of Thailand (Bangkok Port, Khlong Toei): Learned about port logistics management, e-Port IT systems for cargo control, and Smart Community development projects.
Dusit Thani College (Bangkok Campus): Studied hospitality and culinary arts curriculum design, entrepreneurship incubation, and toured 5-star hotel standard simulation labs.
Insights and best practices gained from this initiative will be applied to enhance competency-based curricula and elevate the overall operational efficiency of the International College.
วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ จัดโครงการสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการบูรณาการการประกันคุณภาพ การทบทวนแผนยุทธศาสตร์ การบริหารความเสี่ยง และการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (CWIE) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ระหว่างวันที่ 11–15 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ กรุงเทพมหานคร
การจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนแผนยุทธศาสตร์และการบริหารความเสี่ยงของวิทยาลัยฯ พร้อมทั้งลงพื้นที่ศึกษาดูงานแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กับองค์กรและสถาบันการศึกษาชั้นนำใน 4 แห่งสำคัญ ได้แก่:
บริษัท บริการภาคพื้นการบินกรุงเทพเวิลด์ไวลด์ไฟลท์เซอร์วิส จำกัด (BFS) – ศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร CWIE (รางวัลสถานประกอบการขนาดใหญ่ดำเนินการหลักสูตร CWIE ดีเด่นระดับชาติ ประจำปี 2569) การพัฒนาทักษะแบบ Active Learning และการสื่อสารในองค์กรพหุวัฒนธรรม
มหาวิทยาลัยเกษมบัณฑิต – หารือแนวทางความร่วมมือด้าน CWIE และเยี่ยมชมห้องปฏิบัติการด้านการบินและการโรงแรม
การท่าเรือแห่งประเทศไทย (คลองเตย) – ศึกษาการบริหารจัดการระบบโลจิสติกส์ เทคโนโลยีควบคุมตู้สินค้า (e-Port) และโครงการพัฒนาชุมชน Smart Community
วิทยาลัยดุสิตธานี (วิทยาเขตกรุงเทพ) – ศึกษาการจัดการเรียนการสอนด้านการโรงแรมและศิลปะการประกอบอาหาร การบ่มเพาะทักษะผู้ประกอบการด้านการบริการ พร้อมเยี่ยมชมห้องปฏิบัติการมาตรฐานระดับ 5 ดาว
การสัมมนาและศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการนำข้อมูลและแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practices) มาปรับใช้ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร เพิ่มศักยภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นสมรรถนะการทำงานจริงของผู้เรียน และยกระดับการบริหารจัดการของวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
