The International College recently organized a workshop on Cooperative and Work Integrated Education (CWIE) at Novotel Chiang Mai Hotel. The workshop aimed to enhance the quality of the college’s curriculum to align with the demands of the job market.
The workshop was graced by esteemed experts from Utaradit University, including Assistant Professor Dr. Ratchada Kamjing, Assistant Vice President for Planning and Budget, and Assistant Professor Dr. Sarun Krajong, Director of the Center for Student Quality Development Integrated with Work. They shared their knowledge and experiences in developing graduates with the skills required for the workforce.
The primary objectives of the workshop were:
- To develop a curriculum that aligns with the needs of the job market and employers.
- To provide students with real-world work experience and develop essential skills.
- To prepare students for a successful transition into the workforce.
This workshop marks a significant step for the International College in developing high-quality graduates who can meet the needs of society.

การอบรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยอุตรดิตถ์ ได้แก่ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. รัชดา คำจริง ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายแผนและงบประมาณ และ อาจารย์ ดร.สารัล กระจง ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพนักศึกษาบูรณาการกับการทำงาน มาถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนานักศึกษาให้มีทักษะพร้อมทำงาน
เป้าหมายหลักของการอบรมครั้งนี้คือ
- เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานและผู้ประกอบการ
- เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้รับประสบการณ์การทำงานจริงและพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็น
- เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษาเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
การจัดอบรมครั้งนี้ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญของวิทยาลัยนานาชาติในการพัฒนานักศึกษาให้เป็นบัณฑิตที่มีคุณภาพและตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของสังคม
