Chiang Mai Rajabhat University Hosts the 14th Staff Sports Competition
Chiang Mai, Thailand – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chatree Maneekosol, acting president of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, presided over the opening ceremony of the 14th annual “Lok Prapikranat Games 2024 ” staff sports competition on December 26, 2023. University administrators, faculty, and staff gathered at the university gymnasium to mark the event.
The annual “Lok Prapikranat Games 2024 ” is designed to foster camaraderie among university staff, promote a healthy lifestyle, and cultivate a spirit of sportsmanship. The competition also aims to strengthen networking among colleagues.
This year’s 14th edition featured eight sports: badminton, futsal, table tennis, petanque, chairball, basketball, volleyball, and snooker. Preliminary and semi-final rounds were held on December 21 and 25, respectively. The final rounds for chairball, basketball, and the “fun games” competition, as well as the parade and cheerleading contests, took place on December 26.
