Students, please fill your personal information to the system via https://reg4.cmru.ac.th/registrar/login.asp?avs1022811425=1  

(Your password is your students ID and your password is your passport number if you are not sure, please email us to ask your password.

The system will be in Thai language and if you need help, please contact us at International College Office, 90-Year Building. Chiang Mai Rajabhat University OR email inter_admission@cmru.ac.th

And please also prepare your documents as follows:

1. Your 1 inch photo (wearing a white shirt with blue background)

2. Your Copy of passport

3. Your Copy of Certified Graduation Certification from Ministry of Education of student’s country and translated into Thai or English. OR

Certificate and Transcript from General Educational Development (GED) including copy of the General Educational Development certification and copy of the General Educational Development transcript

We can help you to fill your basic information such as your name, your passport ID and your email. However, you have to contact us when you arrive our campus to edit your information.

Tuition Fee Payment

After you fill your personal information on the system, you can print out the documents and invoice. You can pay your tuition fee and other expenses directly to the Bangkok Bank or Bangkok Bank via using your invoice between 24 July – 4 August 2023.

For Overseas students ONLY , You can pay the registration fee via bank transfer.

For Overseas students, please send the documents to inter_admission@cmru.ac.th

Please attach/prepare the documents as follow:

           After you have paid the tuition fee and sent the required information to our email between 1 – 4 August 2023, the document will process 7-14 days and we will send you by electronic file to your email.

How to confirm your student status at International College, CMRU

Academic Year 2023

Please follow these instructions.

  1. Log in your personal information via http://reg.cmru.ac.th between 24 July – 4 August 2023 as follows:

Login Code        :           Student ID      

Password           :           Passport number

  • Fill your personal information to complete this step.
  • Upload your photo with white plain shirt ONLY. Then print out the document from system.
  • Pay the tuition fee and others directly to Bangkok Bank (any branches) between 24 July – 4 August 2023. The details are as follows:

4.1. Tuition Fee

            – English for International Communication Program            17,000 THB

            – International Business Management Program                   17,000 THB

            – Aviation Business Management Program                          30,000 THB

           – Business Chinese Program                                               20,000 THB

           – Thai for Business Communication Program                      20,000 THB

            Remarks: International student fee                                    10,000 THB

4.2. Miscellaneous Deposit                                                             1,000 THB

4.3. Activity, Insurance and other fees                                             2,500 THB

5. Please submit your documents by Email or Postal Mail during 24 July – 4 August 2023 with the following documents.
