(Your Username is your student ID and your password is your passport number if you are not sure, please email us to ask for your password.

The system will be in Thai language and if you need help, please contact us at International College Office, 90-Year Building. Chiang Mai Rajabhat University OR email inter_admission@cmru.ac.th

And please also prepare your documents as follows:

  1. Your 1-inch photo (wearing a white shirt with blue background)
  2. Your Copy of passport
  3. Your Copy of Certified Graduation Certification from the Ministry of Education of student’s country and translated into Thai or English. OR

Certificate and Transcript from General Educational Development or GED including copy of the General Educational Development certification and copy of the General Educational Development transcript

we can help you to fill in your basic information such as your name, your passport ID, and your email but you have to contact us when you arrive on our campus to change your information)

Tuition Fee Payment

After you fill in your personal information on the system, you can print out the documents and invoice. And if you are in Thailand, you can pay your tuition fee and other expenses direct to the Bangkok Bank or scan the barcode via using your invoice between 5 – 15 May 2024. (please note that every student will get an individual barcode and please do not scan other’s barcode)

For Overseas students, please email to inter_admission@cmru.ac.th to get the information about tuition fee payment.

Document Submission 5 – 15 May 2024

Please send your documents by postal to “International College, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University 202 Changpuek Road, Tambon Changpuek, Muang, Chiang Mai 50300” OR submit your documents directly at International College, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, 7th floor, 90-Year building, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. For Overseas students, please send the documents to inter_admission@cmru.ac.th

Please attach/prepare the documents as follows:

Student VISA

          We will start the process of issuing visa documents for International Students from 16 – 31 May 2024. Please make sure that you have finished the tuition fee payment and document submission between 5 – 15 May 2024.

  1. For Overseas students (International Students who are currently not in Thailand), please prepare your documents and information as follows:
  • Copy of your passport with all stamped pages.
  • Tuition fee payment evidence.
  • Thai Consulate name in your hometown (where you will contact for your student VISA).
  • Send the required information and documents to inter_admission@cmru.ac.th

REMARK ***We will send you the visa documents from our university to process the student VISA at Thai consulate in your hometown. ***

  1. International Students who are in Chiang MaI, Thailand, please prepare your documents and information as follows:
  • Copy of your passport with all stamped pages.
  • Tuition fee payment evidence.
  • Please make sure that your VISA duration is not less than 45 days from 16 May 2024, (because the changing type of visa takes about 30-45 days)
  • Submit your document directly at International College, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, 7th floor, 90-Year building, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. OR Email to inter_admission@cmru.ac.th
